Investment Planning | Life Insurance | Health Insurance

This position focuses on helping individuals and families protect what matters most through investment planning services, life insurance, and health insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do


  • Meet with new and existing clients to identify financial protection and investment planning needs
  • Educate clients on life insurance, health insurance, and investment-related products
  • Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Generate referrals and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage or financial solutions
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with a successful and supportive sales team
What We’re Looking For


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2 years of sales experience required
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with clients
  • Professional attitude with strong work ethic
  • Insurance and securities licenses are required prior to starting. *If you do not possess all licenses, but are willing to complete prior to start date you will be reimbursed for licensing fees.
    • FINRA SERIES 6/63 required. Series 65 preferred.  
    • Property / Casualty Illinois Producer License
    •  Life / Health Illinois Producer License
