Sales Representative (Full Sales Role | ~80% Sales / 20% Service) — State Farm Office

This is a full sales position with approximately 20% service support—so you’ll spend most of your time prospecting, communicating with prospects, and matching customers with the right insurance solutions.


What You’ll Do (Sales-Focused)


  • Connect with prospects and customers using strong communication to understand needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products and coverage options
  • Drive sales activity through prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and consistent service
  • Collaborate with a winning team while owning your personal goals and results
  • Support the office with service tasks as needed (~20%), ensuring customers are cared for professionally

Compensation & Benefits


  • $60,000–$80,000 per year compensation range (based on performance and results)
Requires a South Carolina Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license to begin. If you don’t have it yet, don’t let that stop you—this opportunity may be available as part of a contingent job offer, so you can still apply and move forward through the licensing process.


Once licensed, you’ll have the ability to write business in multiple states, including Georgia and North Carolina, expanding your earning potential and career mobility.
