ROLE DESCRIPTION:

At Tracy Tucker Insurance Agency Inc, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients and helping them protect what matters most. As a growing and fast-paced insurance agency, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Sales Professional to join our team and play a key role in driving growth and delivering outstanding customer service. As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will be responsible for helping clients with their insurance needs—whether it’s personal lines, auto, home, renters, life, or other coverages. You’ll actively identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and build long-term client relationships while maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism. You will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect, quote, and sell insurance products to new and existing clients
 • Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, and agency campaigns
 • Develop strong relationships with clients to build loyalty and drive retention
 • Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
 • Cross-sell additional products such as life, renters, umbrella, etc.
 • Maintain accurate records and documentation in our CRM system
 • Meet or exceed sales goals and agency expectations
 • Provide excellent customer service and handle policy reviews and updates


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred (Life & Health a plus)
 • Prior experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred
 • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
 • Goal-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
 • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
 • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
 • Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools
