ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Services Sales Representative with Kathy Wall State Farm, you’ll take a consultative approach to helping clients protect and grow their financial future. You’ll work closely with individuals and families to assess needs, provide guidance, and recommend tailored financial solutions.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  •  Consult with clients on financial planning and investment options 
  •  Conduct in-depth financial reviews and recommend appropriate solutions 
  •  Assist with portfolio management and asset allocation 
  •  Educate clients on financial products in a clear, relatable way 
  •  Ensure all recommendations meet compliance standards 
  •  Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  •  3+ years of experience in financial services or financial sales 
  •  Strong analytical and communication skills 
  •  FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses 
  •  A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach 
  •  Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and succeed
