  • How long with NM? Tim has been serving as a Managing Director for the past 20 years.
  • Prior Experience? Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Tim spent many years in the hospitality industry, where he developed skills in customer service, management, and leadership.
  • Passionate About? Tim enjoys golf, spending time in the gym, and spending time with family and friends. He’s a passionate hockey fan (supporting the Panthers and Sabers), and follows the Buffalo Bills enthusiastically.
Paul Stadfeld - Wealth Management Advisor:
  • How long with NM? Paul has been serving as a Wealth Management Advisor for 15 years.
  • Prior Experience? Originally from Boston, Paul transitioned to Northwestern Mutual after working in sports advertising for four years. He also gained valuable experience working in his family business, which helped him develop strong business acumen and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
  • Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement.
  • Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.
  • Ongoing Support: Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A specific level of education is not required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, financial services, or insurance is highly valued.

  • Licenses: You will be sponsored to obtain your 215 (Life & Health) and all securities licenses as required by the firm.
