This high-visibility leadership role is responsible for financial reporting for U.S. operations and managing a team of accountants. You'll partner closely with finance executives, operations leaders, and field management to deliver financial insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recurring financial reporting
• Oversee period-end close, financial analysis, and internal controls
• Manage and develop a team
• Present financial results and key business insights to leadership

• Drive reporting process improvements and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Construction, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based industry experience required
• CPA and public accounting experience preferred
• 10+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or finance experience

• Oracle or SAP implementation exposure
