This role involves preparing and filing all financial reports for public company compliance with the Security and Exchange Commission, including quarterly and annual reports, and managing internal controls and external audits.
Responsibilities include reviewing and filing income and sales tax returns at federal, state, and local levels, monitoring accounting rule changes, overseeing external audits, and supporting tax research and reporting.
Additional duties encompass internal control review, loan/credit loss reporting, stock option tracking, sales contract monitoring, and overseeing external audits of the 401k plan.
Requires a Master’s degree or 4-10 years of relevant SEC reporting experience, CPA certification, and strong knowledge of SEC regulations.
