Job Details

We are on the hunt for a Reporting Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the financial aspects of our business, working with a dedicated team of professionals. As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely financial information to support stakeholders in making informed decisions that drive business success. You will play a key role in managing, controlling, and predicting the company's financial performance and position, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
  • Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
  • Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
  • Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
  • Maintain or examine the records of government agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  • Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
