We are seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to support the preparation, analysis, and presentation of accurate financial statements across a complex multi-entity organization. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining reporting integrity, managing intercompany activity, and supporting leadership with timely and accurate financial information.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Manage general ledger reconciliations across multiple entities
  • Handle complex intercompany transactions, allocations, and reporting/reposting
  • Analyze balance sheet and income statement fluctuations
  • Perform variance analysis and identify trends/discrepancies
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Maintain reporting structures within ERP/accounting systems
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting workflows
  • Assist with accounting policy and internal controls documentation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2–5+ years of accounting / financial reporting experience
  • Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
  • Experience with multi-entity / multi-location / multi-property accounting environments
  • Experience handling complex intercompany transactions required
  • Workday ERP experience highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel and strong systems aptitude
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving mindset
