Financial Professional - Remote (Entry Level, Training Provided)

SY Financial Services is a growing financial services agency helping individuals, families, and business owners protect their income, prepare for retirement, and build long-term financial security.

We're expanding our team and looking for motivated people to join as Financial Professionals. This is a remote, entry-level-friendly opportunity with a performance-based career path, built around a structured training and mentorship system. About the Role

Financial Professionals meet with clients virtually to help them understand financial concepts, identify needs, and review available solutions -- including life insurance, annuities, retirement strategies, and income protection. Our approach is educational: helping families understand their options and make informed decisions.

New team members follow a structured process: obtain a state life insurance license, complete field training alongside an experienced mentor on real client appointments, and build skills and confidence through ongoing team training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually to review financial goals and needs
• Educate clients on financial concepts and available solutions
• Assist clients in implementing appropriate strategies
• Maintain ongoing client communication and follow-up
• Participate in training, mentorship, and team development
• Follow a structured appointment and field-training process

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable phone, internet, and computer access
• Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (guidance provided; licensing costs are the responsibility of the individual, and the license belongs to you, not the company)
• Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with people about financial topics

Compensation -- Please Read

Compensation is 100% performance-based. There is no hourly pay and no base salary -- income depends entirely on your activity, appointments, and production, and is not guaranteed.
