Our client, a well-established and highly respected organization, has an immediate need for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, this position will work closely with the CFO, playing a key role in shaping financial strategy, planning, and performance analysis across the business.
Deliver timely monthly financial insights by analyzing performance against plan and highlighting key drivers
Compile and support lender reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy around financial metrics and compliance measures
Evaluate business performance trends to surface actionable recommendations for leadership
Contribute to executive reporting materials and help translate financial data into clear business insights
Continuously refine reporting processes and tools to enhance visibility and forecasting accuracy
Play an active role in the annual planning cycle, including budget development and ongoing forecast updates
Support the build-out and maintenance of multi-year financial projections
Partner on financial modeling efforts tied to new investments and development opportunities
Assist in modernizing financial systems and supporting data migration initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting efficiency, and data integrity
Leverage financial systems to enhance reporting capabilities and usability
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
5+ years of progressive experience in finance and/or accounting
CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
