The FP&A Manager is responsible for financial forecasting, report development, month-end review and analysis, financial modeling, and ad hoc value-added analysis. This position will lead the development of the annual planning and forecasting process with quarterly financial analysis & outlook, and long-range business plan by creating, enhancing, and sustaining Anaplan models. The FP&A Manager will partner to leverage data to drive business insights and influence strategic decisions.

Job Description:

JOB DUTIES: 

  • Prepare final financial plan, forecast, reporting and analysis for the business clients. 

  • Develop,Implementand enhance monthly and quarterly business reviews with sales & marketing leadership teams.Provideinformation and recommendations to leadership on both regular and ad-hoc basis. Prepares regular reports sent to senior management. 

  • Support detailed review of financial results andprovideexplanation of variances to forecast/budget and future risks and opportunities. 

  • Define recommendations to avoid gross margin erosion. Analyze gross margin andidentifyproduct cost issues andaddress withProcurement, Operations, and Finance asappropriate. 

  • Responsible for updating financial models with current financial reporting trends, periodically review assumptions to ensureaccuratemodeling results, incorporate new functionality into the models and troubleshoot the models. 

  • Maintain andvalidatemaster data adheres to defined standards.Identifyand correctissuesas necessary. 

  • Increase efficiency and effectiveness in the planning process through the deployment of more driver-based planning. 

  • Prepares financial presentation materials and formal business case documents for use with senior management. 

  • Proactivelyidentifyopportunities for change and process improvement related to forecasting, reporting, modeling, and analysis. Document and implement solutions.

  • Understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, andcosting/profitabilitymethodologies and processes. 

  • Exceptionalcommunication/presentationskills at all levels of the organization. 

  • Independent self-starter with the ability to creatively solve problems and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced & changing environment. 

 

What you Need to Have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. 

  • Knowledge of Anaplan or other planning technology preferred. 

  • Beverage Industry experiencea plus. 

The expected pay range for this role is $ 82,787.28 - $111,568.29. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
