Overview:

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the organization's business planning, projections, and analytical activities. This role serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership by providing financial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and long-term business objectives. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual business planning process, including staffing, operating, and capital budgeting, across the firm  
  • Collaborate with other finance and functional teams to develop and maintain monthly and annual projections for profit and key metrics  
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and provide recommendations 
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to implement process enhancements and other solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team of FP&A analysts 
  • Support long-range strategic planning and business initiatives
  • Perform ad hoc projects as requested 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 
  • MBA, CPA, or other relevant certifications preferred 
  • 6 - 8+ years of relevant finance, accounting, or FP&A experience 
  • Prior management or team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI a plus 
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations  
  • High degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executives 
  • Exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic 
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
