Key Responsibilities
Support and manage client relationships in partnership with senior advisors
Cultivate new business through networking, prospecting, and referral networks
Conduct client meetings and develop personalized financial strategies
Stay current with market trends and proactively recommend solutions
Deliver holistic guidance in areas including investments, retirement, estate, tax, and insurance planning

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
Proven ability to develop business and expand client networks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Series 7 and 63 (or 65 and 66) required
Clean U-4 record
Life/Health/Variable Annuity licenses preferred
CFP® designation strongly preferred or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe
