JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Financial Operations / Reference Data Analyst
Pay Rate: $28/hr W2
Duration: 6 Months (RTH Opportunity)
Location: Newark, DE (Onsite)

Important Notes:

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• Work Schedule: 5 days onsite
  • Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Occasional weekend availability (2 4 hours) for system testing
• Interview Process: Up to 2 rounds (Zoom or In-person)

Job Summary:
This role focuses on financial data operations and reference data management, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of data used across business functions. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams and data vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily validation of reference data within internal systems
• Work with data vendors and technology teams to resolve data issues and improve quality
• Complete all daily and monthly deliverables within deadlines
• Handle and resolve client queries professionally and efficiently
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and support process improvements
• Escalate issues promptly and maintain proper documentation

• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Fixed Income, Fund Valuation, Pricing, or related areas
• Knowledge of corporate actions, index benchmarking, and stock markets
• Experience working with data vendors and data quality processes
• Background in operations, corporate finance, accounting, or supply chain analytics
