SCHEDULE FOR OUR FINANCIAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:

This full‑time accounting position follows a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, offering either 8 am–4 pm or 9 am–5 pm.


YOUR ROLE AS A FINANCIAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:

In this role, you'll manage the daily flow of financial information by organizing and posting rent payments for 70 properties, ensuring everything is recorded accurately and on time. You'll reach out to residents with delinquent accounts to discuss payment plans with professionalism and care. Throughout the day, you'll also support the corporate office by accurately processing and relaying telephone messages.


In order to do this, you'll need the following:

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail

Experience with posting rents, accounts receivable, and collections is preferred.
