Client Overview:
Our client is a start-up utilizing AI to better assist customers with their financial loans. They are currently looking to add a Financial Operations Analyst to their team. They boast a great company culture, work-life balance, and opportunity to learn and develop with a tenured team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr

Position Overview:
The Financial Operations Analyst will collect and evaluate data, process documentation, run reports, and analyze financial information. This role is temp-to-hire, 40 hours per week, and 1 weekend day per week is required (Saturday OR Sunday). Candidates must be willing to work 11:30 am to 8 pm.

Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Analyst:
  • The Financial Operations Analyst will support customers by evaluating their accounts, reviewing changes, and updating them accordingly, and promptly resolving problems.
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure accounts are up-to-date.
  • Review and process reports in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and process accordingly.
Required Experience/Skills for the Financial Operations Analyst:
  • Candidates must have at least 1+ years in a Customer Service/Data Analysis role, specifically with AI.
  • Experience working with various systems, and able to toggle between multiple screens.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Financial Operations Analyst:
  • Experience in the mortgage or banking industry.
  • Experience using AI is preferred.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
