The role is for a Financial Operations Analyst responsible for analyzing costs related to production, labor, and materials.
Key duties include performing variance analysis, supporting cost modeling and pricing, preparing financial reports and dashboards, and collaborating with operations to enhance efficiency. The analyst will also assist with forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with 3+ years of cost analysis experience, ideally in manufacturing or similar industries. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills such as formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
