A recognized property management firm in Arizona is seeking a new Financial Facilities Coordinator (Business Operations Specialist) to join their team in Tucson. In this role, the Financial Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of key tasks critical to the successful execution of the Facilities & Site Services (F&SS).
About the Opportunity:
- State Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing (possible contract to hire)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:30am to 4pm or8am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Provide financial support to Facilities & Site Services, Security and SHE Teams
- Assist the Finance department in creating timely and accurate financial statements
- Manage, develop and foster cross-departmental relationships to understand continuous and ad hoc reporting needs
- Monitor the work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in Cost Control, Project Management and/or Financial Analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working within the Construction, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries
