T & M Hardware & Rental is seeking an Finance Manager to oversee the following areas for our multi-million dollar business:
- Financial Records
- Company Expenses
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Policies and Procedures
- Tax Compliance
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting
- Three or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager
- Three or more years of leading, managing, and making decisions for business financial projects
- Strong technology skills with experience with Epicor retail software preferred
- Exemplary understanding of ethics, confidentiality, and the need to remain flexible and able to make fast-paced decisions in the ever-changing retail environment
