You can do all this and more at UCLA Health. In this key position, you will provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational support to the front-end FPG Financial Clearance Unit. This will include direct staff-level oversight for:

• Insurance Verification Authorization • Referral Management • Pre-Registration • Pre-Service Collections • Patient Advocacy Team

You will ensure the achievement of performance and quality standards, establish work prioritization for staff, ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, coordinate and provide backup coverage for all workflow assignments, and co-ordinate team in adherence with FPG guidelines. You will also identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.

We are seeking an adaptable, out-of-the-box" problem solver with:

• Previous supervisory experience required • Three years of health care industry work experience in Front-End Revenue Cycle as a leader is highly desired • Proficiency in Epic front-end applications such as ADT, Cadence, and Prelude • Understanding of physician revenue cycle and leading measures of performance • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with patients, staff, and physicians • Ability to adapt and implement frequently changing procedures • In-depth knowledge of UCLA governance principles and managerial best practices • Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically
