Pay Range: $35.04 - $36.67 per hour

Job Description:

The Financial Assistance Representative is responsible for processing all financial assistance applications, responding to applications, and educating and assisting patients. Also responsible for updating hospital systems with application outcomes, actions taken, and any necessary adjustments. Serve as subject matter expert on financial assistance process.

  • Update hospital systems regarding applications outcomes

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or Equivalency required
  • Certified Application Counselor (CAC)
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
  • Knowledge of State and Federal billing regulations
  • Knowledge of OMNIPRO, EPACES, and EMEVS for online eligibility determinations
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and Basic Accounting Principles
