We are partnering closely with a premier real estate firm looking to hire a Financial Analyst. This person will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team through data management, performing financial analysis and preparing financial reports for the firm and its business units.

This is an excellent opportunity for any accountants looking to transition to FP&A or any 1+ year financial analysts with a great personality who are looking for a stable home with a growing company!

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Build and maintain financial models to assess and project performance
  • Analyze variances to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Gather and interpret financial data from multiple sources
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations
  • Create presentations and visual reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
  • Track performance metrics including OKRs and recommend optimization strategies
  • Handle ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with MRI software is a plus
  • Background in investment banking or public accounting is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Snowflake is a plus
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus
