Job TitleJob Description Required Experience: • 2 years of previous Cash Application Experience, preferably in a studio/ entertainment company Required Qualifications: • High Attention To Detail • Organized • Strong Communication Skills • Quick Learner Required Technical Skills: • Excel, Word, Outlook Responsibilities: • Interpret and analyze daily Domestic/Canada bank statement/lockbox information for all divisions under Rev. Cycle • Prepare internal cash log based on daily bank statement/lockbox information • Reconcile cash log maintained to daily bank statement/lockbox information • Act as point person for various internal groups regarding daily domestic/Canada banking receipt information • Determine cash applications for various billing systems (PRISM, SAP, SMART) based on banking information vs. aging • Ensure all cash receipts are applied/posted to customer's accounts on a timely basis • Prepare journal entries as they relate to cash applications on a timely basis • Prepare invoices, gather data, reports and backup for weekly VAT reporting requirements • Gather data, reports, invoices and backup for ad hoc audit and other requests from various groups • Assist various internal groups with invoicing/billing system inquiries/requests for "special info" on invoices • Daily interaction/cooperation with various internal groups to expedite the cash application process • Handle any additional ad hoc requests as necessary/assigned**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
