Job Title: Ops Analyst – Wealth Management Operations
Location: Pennington, NJ (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)
Duration: 8-month contract
Pay Rate: $25.92/hr W2
Job Description (Responsibilities):
Review, reconcile, and process trade correction requests and related account activity
Research and resolve trade errors and discrepancies in line with established procedures
Submit market orders based on approved instructions and guidelines
Manage transaction settlement and allocation of associated P&L after account corrections
Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, and workflow tools
Escalate complex issues and exceptions to leadership as required
Perform moderately complex transaction processing with medium to high monetary risk
Identify risks and opportunities for process improvement across operational workflows
Support operational efficiency and deliver high-quality client service
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
