Jamie Benway with Robert Half is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage budgets, execute strategic initiatives, and guide executives toward achieving key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with executives to monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic goals.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to provide actionable insights for business strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to support executive decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to evaluate new opportunities and resolve complex financial challenges.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Support long-term financial planning by forecasting revenue and expenses.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, offering financial guidance on critical issues.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to improve financial processes and reporting.

Requirements - Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP& A) or strategic finance.
- Strong ability to create and manage annual budgets effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting financial analyses and presenting findings.
- Solid understanding of KPIs and their role in driving business success.
- Experience in advising executives and guiding strategic financial decisions.
- Proficiency with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
