Job Title: Lease Payment Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA 95131 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:
The Places Finance team is looking for a Lease Payment Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will provide day-to-day finance support for the Places Finance lease portfolio. The Analyst will interact daily with our business partners in Real Estate, Lease Accounting, and our landlords.
This role will report to the Finance Manager of the Places Lease Payments Team (Places Finance).

Key Qualifications:
" 3-5 years of experience, okay with 2 coming into 3; ERP experience, dealing with landlords, 3rd party
o More than 6+ years not desirable
" Lease experience is preferred - any
" Ability to review and process lease invoices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
" Experience in payment processing or accounts payable
" Ability to handle and interpret large data sets
" Experience with performing and reviewing Landlord Reconciliations
" Proven track record of successfully managing multiple conflicting priorities
" Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills required
" Proven financial, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
" Excellent oral and written communication skills
" Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel
" Real Estate experience is a plus
" SAP experience is a plus

Education/Experience:
" Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or commensurate experience
