Must be available to support critical end-of-month and beginning-of-month business operations
Demonstrates the highest level of ethics and integrity
Self-starter who is strongly motivated to enhance the warehouse reporting and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of finance principles & financial analytics
Proficient skills in SQL/Databricks
Advanced working knowledge of Excel, including (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas, and data analysis).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook
Preparing trust certificates and coordinate compliance-related updates, renewals, and regulatory filings
Monitoring portfolio performance, liquidity, compliance triggers, and key risk indicators to support funding stability and risk management
Coordinating with bank counterparties to obtain and validate monthly interest and fee invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with funding agreements
Streamlining processes and automated reporting to increase department efficiency
Preparing and reporting financial reports
Providing ad hoc financial analysis and performing other job-related duties as assigned
Ability to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines
Good oral and written communication skills
Must be able to analyze and resolve moderate to complex problems
Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers.
