Financial Analyst
Pay Rate: $57/hr
Location: Reston, VA

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced FP&A professional to support the Workplace department in a senior associate capacity
This role will play a key part in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on Workplace-specific financial models

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Workplace business with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Analyze and interpret financial data, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify business trends
Assist in preparing Workplace-related financial models
Conduct scenario planning, what-if analysis, time-series trending, and break-even analysis
Perform financial integrity checks and stress testing using modeled outputs and assumptions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs, track key drivers, and monitor performance metrics
Summarize and present insights to senior leadership in support of strategic decision-making
Provide support for ad hoc analyses, and long-range planning related to Workplace initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles
Experience supporting business cases and capital/project evaluations, preferably in a Workplace or similar operational environment
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments
