Financial Analyst - Healthcare Operations

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst - Healthcare Operations in Bethlehem, PA.

Summary: The Financial Analyst supports physician services operations and is responsible for assisting with the development and production of ongoing data analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analyses to support efficient and optimal financial and operational performance across employed physician practices and service lines.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, reconcile, and distribute monthly provider and service line productivity projections to providers, operational leadership, and senior management
• Complete and reconcile provider-level wRVU productivity reporting for use in monthly compensation projections during the month-end close process
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, forecasting models, decision-support reporting, and operational analytics for leadership as needed
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of productivity reporting platforms and analytical models
• Support profitability analyses across employed physician practices using cost accounting methodologies and business intelligence/data analytics tools
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting models to evaluate practice and service line performance
• Assist with financial pro formas and strategic growth analyses for physician practices and healthcare service lines
• Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process for physician practices and related operations
• Monitor budget performance through variance reporting and analysis
• Support preparation of financial and operational presentations for executive leadership, committees, and board-level discussions
• Identify and support implementation of process improvement initiatives related to financial operations and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to compile financial, operational, and statistical data from multiple information systems
