Job Summary and Qualifications As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of work papers and analyses to report hospital-based services operations, review performance benchmarks and assist in business forecasting What you will do in this role: Support divisional operations and clinical leadership on physician compensation related analyses. Understand and interpret pay policies and clinician contracts for purposes of compensation related analyses. Interface with clinicians on pay questions and issues. Support resolution of compensation issues submitted to the MyPay service center. Analyze impact of pay rate changes or compensation plan changes. Work closely with physician service support teams on compensation projects. Prepare journal entries, projections and account reconciliations as required to accurately report/ forecast operational performance. Prepare monthly reports for corporate data submissions and compile information to evaluate performance in relation to benchmarks. Prepare detailed monthly actual to budget variance reports to support practice management. Assist practice management, as needed with financial information requests and questions. Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
