Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis activities for the Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and data analysis skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to communicate financial results effectively with leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning processes
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial forecasts
Analyze Actual vs Budget, Forecast, and Year-over-Year variances
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and leadership review packages
Analyze P&L performance and operational KPIs
Assist with labour and expense forecasting across divisions
Perform ad hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis
Manage and validate large datasets from financial and operational systems
Utilize Excel, Power Query, and reporting tools to improve reporting efficiency
Support month-end close and financial reconciliations
Collaborate with accounting, operations, payroll, and leadership teams
Identify reporting and process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including:
Pivot Tables
XLOOKUP
SUMIFS
Financial Modelling
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work onsite in West Chester, PA
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or reporting tools
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
Experience supporting multi-location or multi-division organizations
Knowledge of operational finance and labor forecasting
Experience creating executive-level dashboards and reporting packages
