Southern Michigan and Fully Onsite
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000
Are you a finance professional who enjoys analyzing data, improving processes, and turning numbers into actionable insights? We're partnering with a growing financial institution seeking a Financial Analyst who can provide reporting, recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.
In this role, you'll:
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and processes.
- Support projects, system optimization, and financial initiatives.
- Provide backup support for accounting and treasury functions.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or decision support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to move beyond reporting and provide recommendations.
- Experience with reporting tools, systems, or process improvements.
- Financial services, banking, credit union, or accounting experience preferred.
