Kforce has a client in Oakdale, MN that is in need of a Financial Analyst for a client-facing role. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret financial data, including building cash flow models to assess overall financial health
  • Conduct detailed credit evaluations to assess risk and support decision-making
  • Partner with internal finance teams to evaluate performance trends and key profitability drivers
  • Develop data-driven recommendations supported by quantitative analysis
  • Monitor and manage existing lending portfolios, identifying trends and emerging risks
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors and clients, understanding needs and recommending solutions
  • Communicate lending strategies and capabilities to both prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to support growth and retention initiatives
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, driving efficiency through automation and streamlined workflows

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance or analytical roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach; confident presenter in individual and group settings
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and anticipate needs
  • Team-oriented with a strong focus on client service and relationship management
  • Experience with Power Automate, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Background in financial services (wealth management, banking, insurance, or related sectors) preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
