This position is on-site, Monday through Friday, in the Spokane Valley WA office. The annual compensation for this role is $85,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly bonuses!

May directly manages two or more employees in the Accounting Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization''s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
