Develop and maintain financial models to analyze revenue performance, cost structures, and profitability across multiple brands and digital commerce initiatives; conduct financial and data analysis to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic planning and resource allocation; provide financial analysis and recommendations to support operational decisions related to pricing, campaign planning, and business initiatives; prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure expenditures align with projected revenues and overall business objectives; evaluate financial performance and return on investment by analyzing financial reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators; design and maintain financial reporting tools and dashboards to support performance monitoring and management decision-making; identify financial risks and variances, analyze their potential impact, and provide recommendations to support business continuity and compliance; collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to integrate financial insights into business planning and execution.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Master's degree in Finance or Financial Analysis.
