Job Description:EPITEC
Financial Analyst 2

Work Location: 3 MacArthur Place, Santa Ana, CA, USA
Work Schedule: Fully Onsite
Pay: $38an hour no C2c
Assignment Length: W2 Contract 12 months
Korean and English Bilingual Strongly Preferred 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage asset accounting and lifecycle tracking within ERP systems, including capitalization and depreciation processes.
  • Track and analyze IT and logistics-related costs, including accruals and variance reporting.
  • Monitor and control overhead (OH) expenses, identifying drivers behind budget vs. actual variance.
  • Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments in compliance with GAAP.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for operational and departmental expenses.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly logistics and transportation reports.
  • Develop and track KPIs and financial metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and financial processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased reporting efficiency.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Fully onsite – Santa Ana, CA
  • 40 hours/week (standard business hours)
  • Collaborative, cross-functional finance and operations environment
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines is critical

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, cost accounting, or operational finance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros)
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Korean/English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with ERP systems and/or logistics tools (TMS/WMS)
  • Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
  • Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain finance
  • Experience supporting month-end close and audit processes
