We are seeking an entry-level Financial Analyst 1 to support pricing audits, financial analysis, and business operations. This role focuses on processing high-volume pricing claims, performing financial audits, investigating pricing discrepancies, and collaborating with internal finance teams to improve business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Perform daily pricing audits and submit high-volume pricing claims, credits, and deductions in the SAP/ERP system.
Aggregate, validate, and submit claim information accurately and on time.
Conduct end-to-end internal and external financial audits for Lowe's monthly and annual program billing.
Investigate pricing variances, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions independently.
Analyze financial data and present findings and recommendations to Finance and Executive Leadership.
Recommend and implement process improvements for pricing validation and audit procedures.
Document processes and maintain historical records for future reference, training, and audit validation.
Lead process training sessions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and financial issues.
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience or knowledge of Financial Analysis and Business Analysis.
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to understand complex financial and operational processes.
Experience handling dispute processes with external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
