Location: Multiple Office Locations (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida)
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ annually (based on experience, client portfolio, and production)

Role Summary

Our client, a well-established wealth management and financial advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to individuals, families, business owners, and high-net-worth clients.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven financial professional who enjoys helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals while contributing to the continued growth of a collaborative advisory practice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive, fee-based financial plans tailored to clients' personal and financial goals
  • Provide investment advisory services, including portfolio analysis, asset allocation, and investment recommendations
  • Assist with portfolio management, including trading and portfolio rebalancing
  • Meet with clients individually and collaboratively with other advisors to review financial strategies and investment performance
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing financial planning support throughout the year
  • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication
  • Contribute to business development by acquiring new clients and retaining existing relationships
  • Stay current on industry trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, or Wealth Advisor
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and wealth management
  • Series 65 license (or ability to obtain if required)
  • Insurance license or ability to maintain appropriate licensing
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer proficiency and experience with financial planning software
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or other relevant professional credential
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
  • Established client relationships or transferable book of business
  • Experience with fee-based financial planning and investment advisory services
