What You’ll Be Doing

  • Transition and grow an existing advisory practice
  • Serve as a trusted advocate for clients by delivering customized financial strategies
  • Expand revenue through complementary investment and insurance solutions
  • Leverage firm resources to increase efficiency, scale, and client impact
  • Collaborate with leadership on advanced planning, case design, and practice growth
  • Build deeper, longer-lasting client relationships through referrals and community presence
  • Maintain independence while benefiting from institutional-level support


What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience as a Financial Advisor
  • Existing book of business preferred (typically $200K–$500K+ in recurring revenue)
  • Fully licensed in insurance and securities
  • Proven prospecting and client development history
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow a business
  • Commitment to long-term client relationships and continued professional growth


Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive transition economics based on experience and book of business
  • Commission-based compensation with significant upside
  • Long-term income through renewals, recurring revenue, and expansion

Earnings vary by production -  advisors currently earn anywhere frommid-six figures to seven figures.


Office & Flexibility

  • In-office presence expected 1–2 days per week, especially early on
  • Greater flexibility with emphasis on cultural integration
  • Advisors are encouraged to spend time in-office to build relationships, momentum, and collaboration

The process is customized based on experience and background, but typically includes:

  • Initial conversation with leadership
  • Review of experience, production, and long-term goals
  • Compensation and transition discussion
  • Mutual alignment before extending an offer
