What You’ll Be Doing
Transition and grow an existing advisory practice
Serve as a trusted advocate for clients by delivering customized financial strategies
Expand revenue through complementary investment and insurance solutions
Leverage firm resources to increase efficiency, scale, and client impact
Collaborate with leadership on advanced planning, case design, and practice growth
Build deeper, longer-lasting client relationships through referrals and community presence
Maintain independence while benefiting from institutional-level support
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience as a Financial Advisor
Existing book of business preferred (typically $200K–$500K+ in recurring revenue)
Fully licensed in insurance and securities
Proven prospecting and client development history
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow a business
Commitment to long-term client relationships and continued professional growth
Compensation & Growth
Competitive transition economics based on experience and book of business
Commission-based compensation with significant upside
Long-term income through renewals, recurring revenue, and expansion

The Hiring Process
