What You’ll Do
Transition from transactional sales to holistic, high-impact financial planning
Leverage internal planning, underwriting, and investment specialists to support complex cases
Deepen existing client relationships through advanced strategies rather than constant prospecting
Build new business through professional referrals and strategic partnerships
Focus your time on revenue-generating activities while Lenox provides operational and planning support
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Financial Planner
Licenses required:
California Life, Health & Accident
Series 7
Series 65 or Series 66
Bachelor’s Degree
Applicable designations not required but a plus
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Solid foundation in investments, insurance, retirement, and wealth accumulation
Desire to grow income through leverage, collaboration, and advanced planning—not just more hours
