Job Responsibilities
Cultivate client relationships
Advise clients on investment strategies, aligning with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to build long-lasting relationships
Monitor financial market trends to ensure that the client's plans are effective.
Complying with all industry rules and regulations, and with the company's policies.
Desired Qualifications
1-3 years' experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves
Health and Life License (preferred but not required).
Successful completion of FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams (preferred but not required).
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
Understanding and experience with financial planning software
Proven track record of success in a sales role
Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
Passionate about providing excellent client service.
