Here’s the timeline for the Financial Advisor Apprenticeship Program:
1. You will need 1 License to start training with us:
June: Life Insurance License (2 weeks of online Training)
We'll send you our code paying for Kaplan Training online
2. July 1st-15th: Start Background check /
3. Aug 1st: Pre-Training / Technology Set Up
3. Aug 17th: Start Training
Week 1 is 24 hours over 3 days @ Marriott, Metairie
Weeks 2-13 are 4-10 hours/week on varying days
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
A desire to pursue the SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 (we'll sponsor you!)
If you already have the Life & Health License or SIE it is a plus!
Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in a client-facing or sales role is a plus.
A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.
