Position Overview
As the Client Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting a senior CFP advisor and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You’ll manage client communications, process account paperwork, maintain accurate data in our CRM, and assist with compliance requirements. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping clients achieve their financial goals, this role is for you.
What We’re Looking For
- Proactive Communicator: Comfortable engaging with clients and prospects via phone, email, and in person.
- Detail-oriented & Organized: Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, securities, and compliance practices.
- Team Player: Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Administrative Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects; manage calls and schedule appointments.
- Prepare, review, and process client applications, transfers, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on meetings and inquiries.
- Research and resolve client service issues by coordinating with custodians and sponsor companies.
- Assist with compliance documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate client appreciation events.
Operational & Compliance Tasks
- Maintain advisor licensing records and assist with renewals.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
- Keep CRM data organized and up to date for reporting and client engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Wealth management or financial service industry experience.
- Public Notary.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly: $55,000-$75,000 (based on experience).
