Finance Specialist & HR Assistant

Primary Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Finance Specialist & HR Assistant for our premier client FortLauderdale, FL.

Knowledge and Skills:

Moderate Excell experience
Payroll experience
Candidate must be accustomed to working in a fast pace environment.
UKG and Dimensions experience
Workday experience
Payroll reporting and analysis
Administrative support experience
Onboarding coordination
Reporting and records management
Compensation experience
Excellent communication skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Site Assistant supports daily office operations, customer service, and financial reporting in a fast-paced airport environment. This role coordinates work orders, manages records, assists with HR/payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. Must be eligible for airport security clearance.
Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Track, analyze, and report on spending and billing as directed by the Site Manager.
Assist with employee onboarding & orientation: support new hire paperwork, training coordination, and badging requirements.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively with all departments
Open to coaching, direction, and implementing new ideas
