Where: Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA (3 days/week in-office).

Salary: $106,000 – $120,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

Job Summary:
The Finance Reporting Manager oversees financial and operational reporting across multiple teams, ensuring accurate KPIs, market analysis, and budgeting processes. This role partners with Development, DS, Investor Relations, and Competitive Intelligence teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making and business performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including Termination Tracker, pipeline health, and market share analysis

  • Partner with Investor Relations and Competitive Intelligence for reporting on performance vs competitors

  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Budget, and Out-of-Cycle Forecasts

  • Support Finance RLT updates, EC/AMER Market Board updates, and Quarterly IR presentations

  • Collaborate across Development, HLG, DS, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years progressive experience in accounting, finance, business analysis, or capital projects, including 5–7 years managing teams or complex projects

  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial planning capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Tableau, GOLS, or similar financial reporting software

  • Proven ability to scope projects, develop actionable plans, and manage conflicting viewpoints
