Seeking a full-time Finance Operations Specialist to support daily accounting functions in a nonprofit organization serving individuals with disabilities and special needs.
Responsibilities include managing billing for state programs, reconciling payments, preparing financial reports, processing bank deposits, and assisting staff accountants with accounting tasks.
The role requires a valid SC driver’s license, bookkeeping or accounting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
This position offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, based at the organization’s Greenwood, SC office.
