The Opportunity

As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will support leading organizations in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of their finance and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

You will work on complex finance transformation initiatives across revenue accounting, billing, and ERP environments, helping clients address challenges related to financial reporting, process optimization, and system implementation. This role provides the opportunity to work across the full revenue lifecycle and contribute to high-impact transformation programs within large, global organizations.

You will lead teams, manage client engagements, and deliver solutions that improve financial accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver client engagements across revenue accounting, O2C transformation, and ERP / finance modernization programs
  • Serve as a functional lead on revenue-related topics including billing, contract structures, and revenue recognition
  • Manage and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong team development
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning finance, billing, and systems teams
  • Support data analysis and reconciliation efforts to identify key drivers of financial results and operational issues
  • Assist clients in improving financial processes, controls, and reporting capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing client engagements and contribute to new business development
  • Deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines while maintaining strong client relationships

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience in revenue accounting (ASC 606) and Order-to-Cash processes
  • Familiarity with subscription, software, or usage-based business models preferred
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and understanding of revenue subledgers
  • Consulting experience in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector in a revenue accounting and Order-to-Cash transformation, and ERP / finance modernization programs
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data across multiple systems
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, finance transformations, or data-intensive initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, or similar) preferred
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts clearly

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
