We are looking for a Finance Manager / Tax Accountant to manage financial processes and reporting for the US market. The role combines financial analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards (with technical support)
Integrate financial processes with CRM systems
Analyze unit economics (costs per project/property)
Prepare financial reports:
P&L (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
company balance (quarterly)
Prepare investor reports
Handle US Sales Tax reporting
Manage and oversee 2 accountants
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in finance/accounting
Experience with financial analytics
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Experience with Power BI or similar tools
Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
