A bit about us:

We are a well-established health and wellness company with a science-backed product portfolio and a growing presence across North America. Our operations span manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution across the US and Canada, and we are in an exciting period of commercial expansion — bringing innovative products to more markets and more people. Our team is collaborative, mission-driven, and deeply committed to the work we do.

Why join us?

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who wants to own something meaningful. You'll sit at the intersection of Supply Chain and Finance, partnering directly with senior leadership and influencing decisions that shape how the business operates day to day. This is not a back-office function — you'll be a trusted voice at the table.

We value expertise, straight talk, and people who get things done. The role offers strong autonomy, a senior leadership platform, and a lifestyle-friendly travel commitment — one annual offsite plus occasional domestic warehouse visits. No international travel required.

Job Details

We are seeking a supply chain finance leader to serve as the primary finance partner to our Supply Chain organization. This is a true bridge role — you'll own complex month-end close deliverables, drive manufacturing variance analysis, and translate operational activity into clear financial insight for executive leadership.

What You'll Own

Month-end close for all Supply Chain–related accounting areas
Inventory valuation, reconciliation, and analysis
Manufacturing variance analysis (PPV, usage, absorption)
Standard costing across manufacturing and warehousing
Journal entries and reconciliations for inventory and distribution
Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing setup
Decision support and financial reporting for Supply Chain leadership

You'll partner closely with Supply Chain and Finance leaders, act as a point of escalation for the team, and help prioritize and structure work across a small group of finance colleagues.
What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience in standard cost manufacturing and inventory-heavy environments
Deep understanding of variance accounting — not just theoretical knowledge
Ability to operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor
Comfort making decisions, setting priorities, and pushing back when needed
People leadership experience
